Bondi on a hot Sunday. Everyone has hot chips. You have no shame.

You're a scrappy silver gull with one mission: Operation Hot Chips. Swoop over a packed Aussie beach, snatch chips off towels and out of people's hands, and get out before the beachgoers fight back.

How to play

Fly: drag your finger, move the mouse, or use the arrow keys or WASD.

Steal: loose chips are worth 1 and packets are worth 2. Clean out a whole packet and you'll hear about it. "OI!"

Dodge: a red ring means a swat is coming, so get out before it fills. Angry punters also throw thongs, and they throw more as your score climbs.

Power up: a surf lifesaver in the red and yellow cap sometimes sprints past and drops a goodie:

⏳ Hourglass: slow-mo for everyone except you

🛡️ Shield: swats and thongs bounce right off

Features

Three difficulty levels. Easy has 5 lives and generous power-ups. Hard has 2 lives, quick hands and a sky full of thongs.

Synthesised sound throughout: raspy "kee-OW" gull calls, cackling laughs, rolling surf, the lifesaver's whistle, and the thwack of a well-aimed thong.
